Privacy policy

AI Helper is a private meeting assistant used by one person, its owner. It is not offered to the public.

What it accesses

When the owner links a Google or Microsoft account, the app gets read-only access to that account's calendar events and basic profile (name and email address). It uses them to find Google Meet and Microsoft Teams meetings and send a notetaking bot to them.

What it stores

The app stores calendar event details, encrypted access tokens, and meeting transcripts and reports on the owner's private server. Meeting recordings are held by the bot provider for a limited time and then deleted.

Who it shares data with

Meeting links go to Recall.ai, which runs the bot, records and transcribes the meeting. Transcripts, with the meeting's title and date, go to Anthropic, whose Claude models write the meeting report. Nothing is sold, and nothing is used for advertising.

Google user data

The app's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The app uses calendar data only to provide its meeting features, and does not use it to train AI models.

Removing data

Unlinking an account in the app deletes its stored tokens and calendar events and ends the app's access to that account. Deleting a meeting removes its transcript, report and stored recording.
